I was dealing with a new born baby, school, and a stressful work at once. Although I had no particular bad experience in a given day, my bad mood did not seem to correlate to what was going on at that moment. Add to that the fact that I was often feeling lazy, and had difficulty to focus. It was very hard to explain what was happening to me in a reasonable way. So one day I sat down and started thinking about what affected my mood and well-being. What I came up with is a set of categories, and aspects of life within each category, that I believe affect me and most likely everyone else in the world. After a little research, it turns out my categories are very similar to what research suggests. That is how lifetrackr was born.

Description:
- Keep track of your well-being by answering a few simple questions every day.
- No need to reply with complex answers, all replies are yes/no, negative/positive to make things faster.
- Optionally keep a diary to look back at what exactly affected you in a given day.
- Save time by letting lifetrackr suggest you emotion tags based on your diary note (using emotion analysis technology).
- A simple two-colors graph lets you see at a glance how good or bad your day was. Switch to "All" mode to visualize your past days and get insights into your current mood.
- Health app integration: If you use other apps or fitness trackers to collect fitness information, some of that data (steps, calories burned, weight, ...) can be pulled from the Health app into lifetrackr.

I hope lifetrackr can help you understand your current emotional and physical situation better, like it did with me. This app will not tell you how to solve your life, but by answering the questions every day, and checking the graph, you can get ideas on what to change in your daily life in order to improve your well-being.

Any feedback is welcome. Enjoy!
